Preferential policies for talent introduction
To build into the Air Silk Road Pilot Zone,the ZAEZ introduced"Air Silk Road Pilot Zone"to attract,cultivate,retain and make good use of talents,Under the Air Silk Road Pilot Zone,there are special recruitment and training programs for 12 types of talents,namely high-level talents,foreign talents,innovative entrepreneurs,key industrial talents,skilled talents,Makers,financial talents ,professionals,returnees,prestigious teachers and doctors,and government officials.The ZAEZ gives priority to the development of new-type R&D institutions,attraction and settlement of universities and colleges,upgrade of the entrepreneurship and innovation platforms,and application of postdoctoral programs.The ZAEZ offers subsidies,talent attraction support,and operation support to employers.An efficient talent management platform is created ,incorporating an innovative talent assessment mechanism,a effective personnel mobility management mechanism , among others.To create a welcoming and convenient environment,comprehensive talent services are in place,from housing,children's education,medical services,employment and entrepreneurship to public services and market services.

To give strong talent support to the development of a world-class,global logistics hub logistics hub and Central Plains Special Economic zone,in the next 5 years,the ZAEZ aims to recruit/cultivate 50 innovation and entrepreneurship teams lead by high-level talents,500 innovative entrepreneurs,5,000 high-end and urgently needed talents,50,000 key industrial talents,as well as 50,000 young talents each year.
